E. Way, P.S.M., is Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for the firm. His 20± years
experience includes senior management positions with private consulting firms in
southeast and central Florida. Mr. Way’s experience in the public sector
includes the development of a G.I.S. mapping program and consultant surveying
services for several central Florida municipalities. Currently, Mr. Way is
providing GIS assistance to the Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office in
the preparation of a master base map for the County. Previously, he was the
consultant surveyor for the City of Orlando and Altamonte Springs from 1989 to
1991 establishing the Survey Monumentation Program for the City of Altamonte
Springs. Mr. Way was an owner and managing principal of a 60-man consulting
engineering/surveying firm from 1978 to 1993. He was the City Consultant to
North Lauderdale and Wilton Manors providing surveying services and G.I.S.
mapping. Mr. Way was also the Surveyor of Record for all platting services on
the Broward County Courthouse new addition.
