for pending development give the regulatory agencies an early opportunity
to address their concerns and needs, and they are reassured that code
conformity will be achieved. During the process of development, we are
often asked to create land use amendments or participate in rezoning
procedures. On larger projects, CCL can generate Applications for
Development Approval for Developments of Regional Impact (ADA/DRI) to
