CCL’s
Engineering Division works closely with the Planning and Surveying Departments
assuring cohesive design of plans. Water and wastewater engineering, design
services, and developmental
engineering services are typically included.
Examples of these services are: feasibility studies, phasing plans and
schedules, civil engineering and development estimates for various project
increments, master planning, and transportation planning. We can assist in
roadway, paving and grading design, and prepare and process permit submittals.
In conjunction with our transportation efforts, CCL also offers complete water
services including storm water management/drainage design, water management
studies, water distribution systems, wastewater collection and transmission
services, and water and wastewater plant design. An important aspect of our
engineering services is the value-added services which are a routine practice in
CCL’s projects. Our team examines each assignment to determine the most
cost-effective approach which will meet both the Client’s needs and
governmental agency requirements.
