Richard C. Wohlfarth, P.E., is the President of CCL Consultants, Inc. He is a results-driven professional engineer licensed in eight states with more than twenty years experience in land development engineering and consulting in the United States and the Caribbean. His extensive knowledge on residential, commercial, and recreational projects includes: feasibility studies, due diligence analyses, site planning, permitting, project management, design, platting, preparation and processing land use and rezoning applications, and DRI/PUD approvals.
