Single Family Multifamily Commercial Resort ADA/RDA CCL's 20 year history includes a wide variety of residential, commercial, recreational and institutional projects throughout the State of Florida and the Caribbean. A few selected projects are mentioned, and we welcome your inquiries for additional information.
Summit Fairways, Seminole County Engineering and surveying services for an upscale apartment complex. The 15 acre site has been developed to include 11 multifamily buildings clubhouse, pool, carwash and playground.
Tempus Palms Resort, Osceola County Initial services included pre-development engineering, conceptual analysis, master planning and the preparation of land use amendments for a 630+ acre site. This multi-use facility will ultimately include golf courses, single and multi-family residences, commercial space and time share units. Additional services provided for Phase I included coordination for traffic concurrency and review of the project's impact to Osceola County and the Beltway. Environmental assistance included wetland mitigation studies and the review and suggestion of alternatives regarding the outfall potential and effect to wetlands. Surveying services included an ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey, topographic surveys and survey support for road construction. Additional consulting services have included plans for a Sales Center, contractor bid evaluation, and coordination and Client representation at regulatory agency meetings.
Arvida's Community of Weston, Broward County As Engineer of Record for Weston, a DRI on 9,500+ acres, CCL's services included planning, civil engineering, surveying and mapping, plat preparation and processing, environmental consulting, construction phase administration and resident project representation. The town-home community includes 17,000 homes, 200 acres of parks and more than 1,500 acres of protected land. Submittals and processing for permits in Weston ranged over 8 years and multiple planned phases. Initially, a 2,475 acre parcel with a variety of mixed use developments required the preparation and processing of a DRI submittal. After successfully completing the permitting and construction of this portion of Weston, CCL continued as the primary Consultant, assisting the Client in the reindexing and allocation of unit types throughout the Increment I and Increment II parcels. CCL's final achievement in the Weston DRI process was the securing of the permits that allowed the development of Increment III, 2,400 acres.
Doral's Great White Golf Course, Dade County Ground and aerial photogrammetric survey of existing 130+ acre golf course and coordination with the Greg Norman Design Group in preparation for the "fast track" opening of the new Great White Golf Course. CCL's engineering services included solutions to drainage issues. Design services included stormwater management design, construction plans and permit acquisition, as-builts and resident project representation. Landscape services included a Vegetation Survey to ensure protection of specimen trees and coordination with Department of Environmental Management (DERM) for a Tree Removal Permit.
