and Host Marriott, CCL performed the survey and si
te civil work for a 50+
million dollar addition to the Marriott World Center Resort located at Lake
Buena Vista adjacent to Walt Disney World. The additional 500 rooms in this
project makes the World Center the largest Marriott in the world with a total of

ant to Tempus Resorts, CCL was responsible for the survey,
pre-development engineering, and site civil work for a 633-acre multi-use
facility which included a golf resort, single and multi-family units,
commercial space, and time-share. The Palms Resort is located in Osceola
County on County Road 545 in the attractions area. Among the elements of
CCL’s work were a conceptual analysis, master planning, land use
amendments, PUD, wetland mitigation studies, specific purpose surveys, and
a variety of permits. CCL is still involved with this complex and
assisting the Owners to achieve their objective: a build-out of 4,000
units over the next few years.
