Suites by Marriott is a 168 room, 6-story hotel located in Dania Beach.
CCL pr
ovided site engineering, surveying, planning and construction
management services for this project. We also provided specialized
planning and landscape architectural assistance for the preservation of
portions of an old Hardwood Hammock, with the goal of saving several
significant clusters of oak trees.

Shoppes 
at
Weston is a commercial retail and restaurant plaza, with waterside
amenities, located in the City of Weston. It is a 6-acre site with 40,000
sq. ft. of building space that includes 3 anchor restaurants, outdoor
seating areas, a bank, bakery and numerous retail specialty shops. CCL’s
services included: master engineering, boundary and topographic survey,
paving/grading/drainage plans, water & sewer plans, and signing and
striping plans for a 270+ space parking lot. CCL also prepared
landscape and irrigation plans that included a lakeside promenade and
mitigation plantings.
