in the prestigious Sabal Point development in
Seminole County, Florida, Summit Fairways is an upscale apartment comp
lex
of 240 units on 15+ acres. This complex is comprised of 11
buildings plus a clubhouse, pool, carwash, and playground. CCL provided
extensive surveying and engineering services. CCL provided a topographic,
boundary and plat surveys, as well as wetland delineation, description of
easements, closing assistance, and construction stake-out of above and below
ground improvements. Additionally, CCL performed a final survey for CO and
a final as-built survey. Engineering services included all site
civil design, master drainage utilities design, and permitting for the site.

Located in the Metro west
complex of Orange County, Florida, off Hiawasse Road, this multi-family
housing unit is comprised of 16 buildings with 3

units on 28+ acres. Bermuda Dunes includes a club house, pool, golf
course, and other support facilities. CCL was involved in the
pre-development site civil work, master drainage plans, master utility
plans, potable water and sewer design, DRI, all permitting, land use
amendments, and surveying. The cost of construction for this site totaled
more than 20 million dollars. This site was one of several on the Metro west
property for which CCL provided surveying and engineering services. The
Client was ZOM Communities, Inc. CCL was also involved in similar
capacities on other sites within Metro west including Carlyle Apartments,
Waterford Club Apartments, and Bristol Place.
