CCL was responsible for the initial survey, topographic surveys,
permitting, specific purpose surveys, utility design for both water
distribution system and sanitary sewer, paving and grading plans, and site
geometry.
Located
in Ocoee, Florida, the Cross Creek development located
on Maguire Road features 322 homes on a total acreage of 267 acres. Working as
engineering and surveying consultant to the Pizzuti Development Group and later
to D.R. Horton, CCL was tasked with the preliminary planning, permitting,
topographic surveys, paving and grading design, design of a false bridge
entrance to the complex dividing two water features in front of the property,
designing a mitigation plan, utility design which includes water distribution
and sewer design, site geometry and a stormwater plan.
